Spark Ideation
There is a basic understanding of users'/customers' pain points. You want to create the right environment for true innovation by effective, inclusive, and joyful collaboration.

Two options to choose from: FACILITATION: I will facilitate this workshop for your team. I'll be in charge of creating a safe and encouraging space for all voices to be heard, and new ideas to emerge. The team will leave the workshop with a set of new ideas, energised and inspired.TRAINING: I will train your team to run Spark Ideation workshops. I'll be teaching them the mindsets, skills and tools to foster creativity and out-of the box thinking to create unique solutions (products or services).
Design Sprints
You have a defined challenge and need your Cross-Functional team to quickly share information, align, ideate and test their ideas with real users/customers.
Speed up the process and validate or iterate your solution. Reduce risk, save time and money. Don’t spend three months; spend five days!
Two options to choose from: FACILITATION: I will guide and support your team during the Design Sprint, remaining unbiased, in order to help them break silos, have effective conversations, and reach the best possible solution to the challenge they are facing.TRAINING: I can train your team to run Design Sprints. There are two options here: 1:1 Private sessions are ideal if you are new or have little experience in the world of facilitation and workshops. During 4 sessions we will understand your journey, your goals, and define actionable steps to reach them. It would feel like a personalised, value-packed and fast facilitation "super boost"! Just for you.Workshop planning is ideal if you will be in charge of facilitating a more strategic / complex workshop for your company, involving stakeholders that had never work together before. During 6 sessions I will support you and provide guidance to: create a workshop agenda, choose the right activities and templates, undertand how to manage team dynamics and time, and anything that you would like to chat about. The final session will be after the workshop, to debrief and understand wins and learnings.
