Hi, this is Mia.
I’m here to help you make alignment and co-creation smooth sailing ⛴️
I work as a freelance consultant and trainer specializing in UX, and I have over 15 years of professional experience.
I've collaborated with growing companies and leading global companies such as Google, Verizon, Enterprise, and Mastercard (focusing on creating or improving digital products).
UX Strategic Workshops are my strong suit. I excel at aligning teams, streamlining decision-making, and fostering creativity. My approach is structured, results-focused, and highly collaborative.
When planning and facilitating workshops, I combine my experience and knowledge in UX and psychology (how to manage different personalities, foster different collaboration and communication styles, and design group dynamics).
At Ahoy Innovation, my goal is to offer best-in-class training for busy tech professionals. Work is busy and fast-paced, and life is complicated, so learning new things should be easy, engaging and laser-focused on what matters most.
